The I am getting on and it’s hurting thread

Well I'm on the list for more steroid injections for my arthritic wrists,
The ankles have been behaving of late.
The knee still gives the odd second when it goes .
The sore neck seems to have resolved itself ( I've never looked back since).
The sciatica is now the main issue, sore when getting up from lying or sitting, once up after 5 mins it's not so bad
And I've got flu jab to look forward to a week 9n Monday.

Back hurting , knees sore , but I’ve Decided to say fek to the farm and whilst the suns out mrs L is spraying rushes whilst I take an hour off to go for a ride on one of the bikes
A good wife / husband/ partner is a priceless gem
