That's ok charlie, when I said it, the latest number available was zero.
AZ just the worst of a bad bunch in any case.

94.4 million jabs have been done - not noticed people dropping like flies, but the number of folk dying that are Covid positive seems to have dropped considerably.
There might be a connection.

My arm was tender for 24 hours and that was it. Nothing dropped off yet. :)

Son age 12 caught it at school and tested positive last Thursday, no symptoms so working hard at home , his sister age 10 still clear much to her disgust as she wants 10 days off school, wife and myself also clear to date.
Same here,son 12 has it,day 4 approx,very few symptoms.

X box is red hot.

Daughter 14 currently not jabbed and 16 year old has had one jab.

Wife and me are double jabbed.

I can't make my mind up whether its a good idea to jab the kids or not.
Doesn't apply to mine at the moment as they are 9 and 7 but it wont be far away. Our fearless leader will then no doubt make it compulsory for school attendance.

Could be a lot of Flu about this winter for you. I wonder what the number of Flu jabs is compared to Covid?
We had a high number of young children in hospital, this winter (spring here now) with RSV along with some adult deaths. With our latest Covid outbreak only coming at the end of winter and there only being 2 deaths from it so far, its fair to say more people died from RSV in NZ over winter than Covid.
I'm not sure that made the 6 o clock news though.
That depends whether the ninth floor bimbo can milk it to her advantage.
Note nothing has been said about the victims or the offender from the shopping centre terrorist attack a few weeks back ...no hugs or sympathy 🙄

According to the news reports in the UK there is a "suppression order" on the case? I would surmise that is to stop them getting the publicity they desire?
It is also reported he was shot within 60 seconds of starting, which suggests the NZ police/security services were in close attendance.

You have seen the current excess death figures?

He'd been under surveillance for years , has been named and was a known future target!!!
Given that the PM's response is exactly the opposite in this situation when compared to the near identical scenario of the Christchurch mosque attack, poor judgement on behalf of the PM at best, hypocrisy at worst.

Would you not compare with deaths from other respiratory viruses...corona, rhino, influenza etc...clearly the same people.

The ONS doesn't routinely label them excess deaths
Not seen that detailed analysis. I only jumped in because I follow john_actuary and he posted yesterday what I thought was relevant.
