Mary Creagh : Corbyn the preening narcissist

7:30 onwards ....................

Thanks for posting that. I listened to Blair earlier today. And looking at Corbyn my observation is he has succeeded in running as the Trogan Horse. He was and is a true committed Leaver. Going to be fascinating to watch.

:LOL::LOL::LOL: Thats a good one and made me laugh! Especially the Ferret.

Ferret was a particularly nice touch. Bit disappointed no racing pigeons or a flat cap to complete the caricature.

Similar cartoon would apply to Johnson but of course he won, so no need for a mocking cartoon. I am waiting with anticipation for a similar 'defrocking' of Lady Nugee.

Defrocking? God help us, large soundproof one padlocked on would be better!

Beat me to it... Just watching JC walking from the Commons' Chamber to the Lords' for the Queens's Speech - bl**dy hell but he's sulking, not even a single word to share with Boris. :ROFLMAO:

I can understand the tribalism inherent in politics - human nature after all.

However Parliament SHOULD be about a concensus of what is best for us the voters and representing our opinions in Parliament.

If people are cold shouldering each other then IMHO they should accept that honestly they should not be representing 50,000 people in a constituency because all those people will have differing priorities & opinions which need representation.

The alternative is frustration with the political system which ultimately leads to confrontation.

Also I do not believe for one second Corbyn is an anti-semite. One can be critical of Israel but that does not make you an anti-semtie.
I thought that too, initially. But the accumulation of evidence, whether it's who he associates with, inaction against it in his party, books he has advocated etc. etc. all make a very strong case for his being so. But some doubt remains.

I don't see an attempt by Corbyn to mediate between parties. For example I've not seen Corbyn meet with Israel or the USA on good terms.

Similarly with our own armed forces.

I think politics is similar to the legal system, in that it forgets it’s purpose and becomes self serving and self perpetuating: all good for those involved of course!
