I wouldn't have thought it would be economically viable in most of the US either. I see done here occasionally in a difficult year.

I wouldn't give this vapid health food junkie the oxygen of publicity. This kind of unsubstantiaited rubbish comes out daily. Over here we have the Daily Mail publishing scarmongering crud by penniless hacks who need to fill pages up.

She will be quite easy to track down - there's quite a lot of information on her own website...
