This has to rate as one of the worst weeks of the old gals' life:

Number 2 son pays £12m to a girl he's never met
Number 1 son under investigation for selling honours
ginger whiny grandson taking her own govt to court over not being provided with armed security
Now she's caught covid.

I think we can safely say that the outlook for her for the rest of 2022 is for an improvement.

Let's hope so anyway.

Woman who is given millions in taxpayers money along with castles, houses and fawning servants because of some mythical genetic superiority catches very ordinary respiratory disease just like most of the plebs.
Have you banged your head? That's the first rational thing I've seen you post. Viva la revolucion!

Typical bitter and twisted leftie. She has worked more hours in her life than any other person alive, nearly 100 and still hard at it, never once involved in scandal etc, she has earnt huge respect all round the world, you are an embarrassment
I don't call working a 100 hours a big deal, loads of us have done that and more in one week at harvest; spread hers out over 95 years and she's had it p!ss-easy by anybody's measure. (y)

Its extremely important that her Majesty recovers as William is not yet ready for the job and Charles would be a disaster as he is a committed globalist:mad:

Hard to label me as far-right, I'm a democrat and a republican!
I spose we have to have a head of state and sometimes you get the right person for the job without them being elected.
Lets face it she has made a better fist of it than our choice of elected leaders or the alternatives we had to choose from in the last few years, bunch of useless bits of sh1t the lot of them

The Monarch gives up the right to the profits from the Crown Estate in return for the Civil List (now called the Sovereign Grant) payments from the State. Last year the Civil List was £86m, while the profits from the Crown Estate were £270m. If anything the Royal Family is subsidising the taxpayer.

Wonder how much of that Crown Estate money is recycled BPS and Stewardship money. Plenty of Crown land hereabouts. Not known for their generosity with rents. Take the BPS and more on the AHA and and double the BPS on FBT, and even more on very good silt. So taxpayer pays the farmer, who pays the Crown, who pays the taxpayer. Such is economics.

Will you be still working as hard as her at her age ? I dont have a problem with people that dont want the uk to stay as a monarchy but to suggest she hasn't grafted hard is wrong

But how did this family of German immigrants get to own so much land in the UK?

No idea if I'll reach such an age, I've got some relatives who have but probably not; perhaps the best possible medical care and fawning lackeys would help a lot.
