The password of my router became hacked. So I wanted to reset the password of my router. But when I was going to do that and entered the default IP 192.168.254.254. The IP address couldn't be accessed anymore. This problem never happened previously. What should I do now?

As above, the IP address for the router is more likely to be 192.168.1.254.
You could also try a hard reset on the router.
