Doing routine drying off foot trimming today. On the 25th and last cow found this cows tooth embedded in her claw!
I have found a pastry cutter before! But never a tooth!

I’ve had 4 in the last month,must because I’m milking a high proportion of heifers.

Last year I fed palm kernel in the winter,kept finding hard bits like stones in the feet.?

PK looks like coarse sand close up, but has hard bits that look almost like chunks of rubber in it, they are hard as hell and often pokey-sharp, another reason not to have it in blends.
