Cattle.audit today so thought I would tidy the place up with the forklift brush, touched a cattle gate with it and absolutely anialated said gate, went round other side of sheds with it and brushing along a wall on the blind side caught a panel bracket and broke the brush bracket ☹🙈.
During the over the phone audit I pointed out a cow calving. The auditor asked how many Caesars we had, "1 in the last 4-5 years" I replied. 50 minutes later I am outside with vet performing a Caesar due to a twisted uterus 🙈🤷‍♂️

Good calf and mother fine for now😎

I'm reseeding 30acs this year and had a free evening thought I'd do a bit more power harrowing and finish the field, after the other chap went home just to keep things moving for tomorrow. Within 5mins half way up the field, hear the big whump. Hardy splicer broke out of the yoke at the slip clutch end, new clutch needed :banghead::banghead::banghead:

Drilling last field of spring barley and having a use up so had to re calibrate the drill halfway across the field. Anyway looks like the drill man forgot to shut the flap on the hopper after calibrating 😗🤦‍♂️. Think I’ll have to sack him😂

luckily only a couple of acres before it got noticed 🙄. Be interesting to see if there’s a yield difference anyway 🤔

Walked passed the bowser to get into the truck. Phone rung, deep in conversation, bowser too narrow to see in mirrors, full r/h lock in reverse looking in r/h mirror. BANG! Still couldn't think what it was until looking in L/H mirror!:cry:View attachment 961272

When I worked at a dealer I’d been to a job and backing out of the shed in the works van, checking both mirrors couldn’t see anything then BANG!
I’d backed straight into the centre rsj between the two bays 🤦‍♂️ it made a right mess of one of the back doors!
Its easy done, as long as no one was hurt that’s the main thing and the rest will straighten 👍
