The drill is common in organic farming in Sweden. It can be used for both drilling and weed contol between the rows. Row spacing can be changed and there are a number of different colulters and sweepers that are interchangeable.
The problem with the drill is that it get blocked if there is alot of straw. It is designed for plowing but it works on cultivated land if there is not to much straw. I have not heard anyone using it for dd yet.

I read in a Swedish farm news before christmas that one machine is planned for a demo tour in UK in 2015.

The company have a good reputation here in Sweden and the staff are very user friendly and intrested in practical farming. I think the owner is a organic farmer and the drill is based of his ideas and needs on his own farm.
