Thoughts on jd2650

Hi all. Was looking at a jd 2650 with loader. 1991 9600hrs. He was 9k plus vat. Bit rough round the edges. What's your thoughts on price? Loader was John Deere 245

At a farm sale yesterday a 2850 with loader made £6100.
It was definitely rough round the edges but ran.7000 hours indicated.
