I work for a large farm and we are replacing our current systems (Crop Picker and Crop Payer)
We have around 350 seasonal workers at peak time with 15 full timers over the winter for machinery/yard maintenance etc.
There are 8 - 10 team leaders dealing with the casual workers in the fields and entering their hours onto a handset, as well as the tractor drivers who submit timesheets daily.
I'd really like to know what systems everyone uses on their farms, please.
And yes, I am the poor bastwerd who has to receive the timesheets every day from the 40+ tractor drivers.
We run payroll weekly.
