The steering on our tm loader tractor has developed a strange problem,now and again you can turn the steering wheel but the wheels dont turn,if you stop turning the steering wheel and then start again the wheels move,is this a common problem and what causes it ?
I would guess that it can only be an orbital issue, the hydraulic feed side of it comes from the gear/charge pump. Does it flash any hydraulic light when this happens? Drops into 4wd at low revs when hot?
No dont think so. We did change the cannister thing on the top of the gearbox that is part of the syeering circuit as the old one blew its weld, could be an air lock?
