To Cut or Not to Cut

Just wondering what to do with this year's bull calves. We left them all entire when we tagged, most years however we ring any crossbreds and the odd pure bred at tagging, and then either sell as stores or finish ourselves. I didn't do any as the bull trade was OK at spring, however now the bull trade is worse than diabolical.
There's only about 6-7 to do (we had a tremendous run of heifer calves this year) and the eldest is currently 9mths down to 3mths. Shall I leave them entire or get the vet to castrate them once we've weaned them? Also how much should it be to do them?
We do usually finish quite a few bulls anyway, usually any pedigree bulls that don't meet our strict criteria, so that isn't the issue it's the crap price for bulls atm!
