Are the posts concrete and how are the timbers held on to the posts, is that concrete poured or kerbs used in the bottom, it looks very tidy
Slotted posts,,the panels are double boarded designed to let the wind through but cant see through them as the boards are staggered ,they just slot into the posts ,,the board in the bottom is a precast reinforced 6 inch ,,also comes in 12inch deep

Mums horse had them for cushings I think it was and they helped a lot...
However l don’t think they tasted that nice as she got quite good at spitting them out.
Ye he’s taking them for cushings, he’s only 12 so fingers crossed they help!
I asked the vet how best to give them and he said anyway you can get them in. Luckily he’s only having half a tablet so put it in a handful of cool mix and he just ate it. Hopefully he won’t start noticing it :cautious:

Pushed ours in carrots or apples

We used to put ours in marmite butties (y)

Thank you both I’ll keep all suggestions in mind (y)
I’ve ordered him milk thistle to go in his feed as the vet said that’s supposed to help with his liver damage but I’d rather hand him the tablet in something so I can be sure he’s had it rather than add it to his bucket of feed

Fence moved on turnips. They're going down at treat and ewes are looking well considering how miserable the weather is

our Lane has a firm sub base but the potholes were a pain. Three years ago we got hold of 300ton of free pea gravel from the local water treatment plant, the result is 4inchs of loose chippings, which only require a stir and level every couple of months. (weather dependant) The plan is to tarmac it when I win the lottery.
