I tried to subsoil tramlines on rape stubble but with so much green self sown rape I could not get enough traction.may have to scratch the surface with discs first to provide some bite

I disced these a couple of weeks ago so the top is loose allowing some traction, I’d like to subsoil then disc but it blocks up with the laid crop in the tramlines

Finished harvest with the rubbish hay.

With one decent bale - the one left in the baler from yesterday, and 64 rubbish ones.

It all looked so nice a month ago, but now you can see where the rows have been laying for a while.

Sent this off a 6.30 this morning with the shearlings to Ludlow, half mine, half my fathers. I had a good day pleased with the trade.
