The flowers look great but I don't suppose there is much feeding value there, what are they? they look like dandylions but they were over ages ago here.
They’re catsear, or false dandelion. These fields tend to get hammered in early spring as they’re closest to the buildings so get used for lambing. White clover is growing well underneath but you wouldn’t get many bales off it!

Hi how are you getting on with the Bean harvester are you getting good results is it bruising the beans what percentage are you managing to pick I had to do a lot of tweaking to our Machine but managed to get them sold in 2 supermarkets in the UK
We are practicing at the moment and using it to clear up after the pickers have done a first pick. It isn't doing much damage at all and leaving very few behind the biggest problem is sorting out the jumble of beans we get. Do you have sorting tables or similar?.

I'm not claiming to be any sort of expert on catsear as all I know about it is what I have found out in the last ten minutes, but this doesn't give it a good write up if fed to horses. https://wagwalking.com/horse/condition/catsear-poisoning sorry to be the bearer of bad news, if you mow this field yearly and have had no bad effects maybe the link is just a scare story

Tbh I had to look them up to find out what they are!
We don’t have hay burners horses here and the mowing reference was more to do with the density of it. It will all be grazed shortly.
