GFP’s colour sorter here for a few days cleaning Ergot out of spring wheat. Very impressive bit of kit .

Difficult to sell without having it cleaned and not that expensive. If wheat was 120 ton it would hurt more .

Moving Barley out to go this month, though only a few days left!
First trip out with the sprayer.
Save of the week. She went down with mag, but with the vets help, somehow, she made a full recovery.

Take the wife and youngster out for a spin and come home with a new purchase.

You will get a bigger straw yield and the wheat bushel weight will be higher this is what I have found out .
Do not forget to take some pictures through the growing season.

Really had enough of this now, took him 5 hours to fix this and the sprayer, lasted 10 mins and it died again, another 3 days lost

Had a busy week planting. Had to abandon my destoner and go on with the spare one.
Nearly got stuck.
longest runs for the year so far.
Kept the man in the Massey on his toes.
Trying to maximise the plantable area in a dog leg by planting it the opposite way to the rest of the field.
Working round mine shafts.
Several footpaths on this block means after it’s planted the the ridges have to be levelled off.
Had the last headland to finish on this block this morning and then make the 45ish mile trip home and to our next block, so we started the day with a team building breakfast.
