What size is auger
and how long to do 28-30ton

6" normally takes around 40-50 min for 30ton depending on bushel weight. Augers getting a bit worn on the bottom section which doesn't help.

Do you get recalibrated each year? Does it match up with the combine yields?
They (Griffiths elder) told us that 1% difference is good.

We / my boss spoke with somone at Griffith elder who talked him through the recalibration process, we use ours mostly for weighing maize and silage so not sure on the yield matching sorry, however we tested each plate with a bag of fert and there was nothing in it between the sides, also ran a trailer over that had been weighed at a "proper" tested weghbridge and again there was hardly a difference
