I obviously wasn’t trying hard enough ☹️ it took 4 hours 2 tractors 1 telehandler and 1 three ton digger to get it out Back drilling again 😀

The obligatory 'kitchen lamb' has arrived 🙄 (the clattery one from weekend). He's improved in 24 hours but there's a niggling feeling he's a bit 'special' 😕View attachment 1174097
Lots of other fun things too. Lambed the prolapse, a hung lamb, adopting a triplet onto a dead single, cow with milk fever, a bit more rain and a bit of sun too 😲
All sorted out by the end of milking 🙂

Combine maintenance day. Counterbalance shaft keyway chewed a chunk out of shaft so out it came.

Having renewed the magnetic clutch during harvest it's not running sweet in the gearbox phlange so out that came too.

I've got the header drive shaft and pulley to sort tomorrow. There's going to be a hefty bill to look forward to. ☹️ At least it will be good to go when the time comes.

shouldn't rush, be a couple of years before she comes out the shed 😂
