Very light sand loam. Good root crop soil. 3t/ac wheat land at best.

Will hold 1.5t if full. Generally we just put a tonne in though.

Yep that's what we did all last year as well. Works well really.

Today soil not so nice so we'll leave this a few days. Will be planted with last years xi19 seed at a very high seed rate.

Thats a dinosaur of a plough,dowdeswell dp2 i beleive.probably spent its early life on the back of an artic tractor in the 80s.suprised the quad trac hasent pulled it apart
