You would think all this rain would mean I could do loads of painting, but actually ive been busy with children etc. But I had a go at something different last night. Im paiting this in a black and white style. Its trickier than it looks. The a friend suggested I just add a few red accents, like the style of Sin City. So I did.

Sorta work but not. Been building a new cabin after the old one flooded. Ice is getting towards the end of the safe crossing period so trying to make the most of it. Timber frame was todays project.

In Monaco yesterday and thought the yachts were the dogs danglies been to Canes today then thought they were the dogs bullock’s but Stopped in Antibes and they were the full meat and two veg.

I love watching yachts as they're an absolutely fascinating part of our 'culture', but it always comes with a reality check:
