Well I don't know how much you need?

personally I'd look at the low stocking sfi options to pay the rent whilst you built up stock over the three years of the agreement

herbal leys pay £140 ac, that should be a big chunk of rent gone, work out cornish banks and hedges, another chunk, get a bit into bird seed flowers or legume fallow, unless you are paying a huge rent, suspect that might be nearly the full rent !

I can't claim subsidies. Landlords claim all the sub, I get cheap rent. Unless I have misunderstood something?

Any grazing would be on a yearly grazing licence, as most is around here, unless you own it, which makes it almost impossible to claim subs.
