Topper roller need help

I recently bought a twyman clipper 280 love the Topper but the broken bonfire 2.4m roller it came with not so much. It arrived with the shaft torn out of the end. Iv invested so much time in trying to make it work. Was just wondering if anyone has a 2.8m/9ft roller off a flail mower of any make they would part with for sensible money preferably in Cheshire

I would just take off the roller and not use one. Never seen the point in them myself, toppers make a bodge job of mowing anything anyway, just use a disc mower or mulcher.

Rollers are good if you want to hang it over the edge of a ditch, otherwise I agree.
