anybody made there own milk cart for the quad, as I don't fancy paying the 2 k for one , just want it to mix and haul milk and pump out, found a tank on ebay and can get a 12 volt pump and flow meter, just the mixing bit now ! any ideas??

Being the inquisitive type I researched and my jfc milk cart uses a volume washer as the mixer without the housing,it’s bolted underneath with the impeller spinning the milk.

My pump is 12v and is the same as used by jfc,it’s sold elsewhere as an ad-blue pump and is a fraction of the jfc price.

aha ! I like your style !!! like to built little projects and this could be the next ! can get the same tank for £225 off ebay, a fuel transfer pump £75 just the mixer to price now !!

Would a submersible pump designed for solids be any good for mixing? Maybe the bottom could be modified to expose the impeller to improve its efficiency.
