Can anyone help us with an idler roller for a TM155? The bearings have broken up inside. Any ideas would be good. Thank you.

They are bushes not bearings filled with gear oil.i have fitted new bushes and shaft long time ago.but it may not be worth it if the rollers worn. Try crawfords for a new or used one

Thank you for that @rob h That's very helpful. I have called Crawfords and it was a call on Monday reply as the man I needed to speak to had gone home. We got the roller soaking in diesel for over night and going to see if we can get it apart tomorrow......must say though it doesn't look happy inside. I seem to recall my Dad used to weld these up years ago and there were several laying around the workshop. Perhaps we need to find a good welder on here.....one quite local. :D

Not sure where you are, but may be worth calling Patrick Stone at Falcons Hall near Rickinghall. He is pretty clever with metal, say I suggested him.
