So the price of tractors is silly........but we all know that and probs getting sick of hearing it.........but 180-200hp tractor.....out of all of the different makes and models, which one will hold its value the best?
I dont mean which one will be worth the most after 3/4 years and 6000 hours i mean which one will hold its value the best.....loose the least money in the time owned?

Its all about knowing your costs, providing the residual value keeps pace with the new value the cost of ownership is not to bad. The one thing i have tried to do is match the tractor to the job, big hp tractors on muck cart or hedgecutters is expensive. 20 yrs ago 140hp tractor on 16t trailer was common now its more like 250hp. Anyone who says they can run a modern tractor for under £40hr inc driver is kidding themselves
