Tractor identification please

Her is a picture of my dad taken around 1952 on his farm on South Dartmoor. Any idea of the make or model. I think he was recently back from National Service in REME which may explain the cap at a jaunty angle.

Looks like he's got his coat ready to choke the air intake, just in case it misbehaves.

My dad had one of them but it was only 3 wheel. It died in the frosts of 1963 with a cracked block.
