We act as your eyes. We cannot predict if a tractor will go wrong. Nobody can. We view the tractor, measure tyre depth, photograph visible damage, view the registration document etc. We act on our clients instructions.

Judging by the number of requests on here for folks in area to look at a tractor / machine, you could have an opening for a good appraisor that saves folks time

I had a prospective customer on the 'phone from the Isle of Man this morning. Going viewing an LGV costs him about £500 in his time and costs

Good luck !

This has got to be a joke?
Sold a tractor to Guy a few months ago.
Fixed a price, sent an invoice.
Rang after a week to see how things were going.
Told they had not received the invoice.
I was asked to email one.
I did.
After a week I rang and asked how things were going.
Told I had not put the frame number on the invoice.
Also told that they pride them self's on fast turnaround on invoices.
Each mailed again and than rang to see if all was well.
Got the Secretary and she told me she he had emailed Guy and he will ring me back, he never did, or when I rang his mobile.
Rang after a week and still could not get Guy and told the secretary if Guy would not pay for the tractor now but still wanted to then I could wait.
No reply.
After a week I rang again and still could not get Guy, he was out of phone contact for to days.
Told the nice lady if he wanted out of the deal then he was to ring me and tell me and I could move on.
Still no call.
At this point I had turned down two offers on the tractor.
I left it a week and rang again to be told I have told Guy you have rung and I am sorry.
Told the lady that Guy had 24 hours to ring me with what he has going to do or the deals off.
Not had a call.
Now I could have got the wrong end of the stick, but that is how I did see it at the time.

There are 2 sides to every story. I requested an invoice then a week and a half later received a scrap of paper that was illegible. I then asked on numerous occasions for a proper invoice. None arrived so I assumed there was an issue, after another week I lost patients.
