it was a cracking weekend, very good show, nearly 800 tractors, of those there was 92 Fordson Standards, nearly 2000 exhibits in all, atmosphere was brilliant and the team that puts this on each year, does a job second to none, such a good show, and yet not a Hi Vis jacket to be seen very informal and a great weekend for the family not just the men, lots of things to do and see,
the highlight of the weekend was Sunday afternoon with a fly past and circle around of a Lancaster Bomber, "just Jane" the roar of the engines was just music from the ground

in todays terms, but 75 years ago, it would be the roar of the bombs going off that would be frightening for them on the ground, they even had an air raid siren going on ground level
