Trailed fuel browser from Cornwall

We've possibly got a bowser to be transported from Cornwall to North Wales.

It can be towed, I've been assured all tyres are ok but he can't guarantee the lights work so a light board would be a safe bet.

I could meet someone in a service's like Lymm if it helped?

Forgot to add, it's only a 1000ltr bowser so not a huge thing.
