Trailer air brake conversion

Anyone recommend or have used one ? To convert an hydraulic only trailer ?

Put a kit on a trailer 2 years ago, bought it from Spaldings but Entrek supplied them.
Ended up having to get extra hose direct and Mike was very helpful.

I did one maybe 10 years ago , kit from Airtrac . Was pretty easy and good instructions. Hardest thing was setting the load sensing valve correctly to avoid brakes locking up when trailer empty, had to fit a spring from axles to valve but obviously everything moves with suspension and it took as long to get that right as fit the whole kit.

Got a kit from Spaldings a little over a year ago. Absolutely brilliant. Very easy to fit. You won’t want to go back to Hydraulic brakes ever again! Though this kit allows you to still use Hydraulic on tractors with no air brake facilities.
