We recently bought a Trioliet Solomix 2-2400 tub mixer (2011) and there is an intermittent issue with the door and conveyor working. Sometimes it works fine and then just cuts out. And other times it won't work at all. Seems more electrical than hydraulics as the rear door and side shift works fine. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue and how did you overcome it as I'm a bit stuck on what to try next other than to get the dealer out. Thanks.

How many spools do you have on your tractor?
I bought a similar age JF Stoll 27m3 and got rid of the electro hydraulics and piped straight to my three spools. Also has a rear door for dumping the premix which means swapping pipes but that is only once a week.

3 spools, so you've basically done away with the electric control box?

Yes. Went to the local hydraulic hose supplier who’s only 6 miles away with the feeder . Took the pipes off the back of the on board spool block and got him to make extensions that reached the tractor. I have electric spools so easy to adjust the cross convayor belt speed from in the cab.
I did the same with both my tub mixers,I was forever mending switches and had wiring issues,mainly due to the amount the cable moves over the years.

If you have the car style plug to connect the control box it might be that. I have a trioliet feeder with said plug and sometimes I have to jiggle the plug a bit.
