Trouble approaching farmers to ask about jobs

Join a young farmers club,not all members are farmers sons and daughters,ask about which clubs are in the area and contact the chairman of the clubs .Take an active part in club life ,word of mouth about jobs.Dont give up on your dream to work on a farm,difficult at your age to find work experience but good on you and I hope you find a part time job .

try your local machinery dealers for a job they might want someone to brush up it might not be what you want but you will meet people

I just went to the closest place that employed folk and asked been there for a year and a half now!
I guess being a small place and knowing people helps a lot!
I've done everything from fix fences and roads to cart silage and plough
