Tucano 320 loss monitor issue when chopping

Tucano 320 the grain loss monitor goes mental when chopping. Full losses light up as soon as crop goes through it. We had a Couple of 98s before that worked perfectly. Anyone else encountered this?

We had an 08 320 and had that problem, spoke with dealer many times but got nowhere! In the end we would turn the loss monitor down accordingly.
Now got a 420 and no Problem with it.

I've the same problem. I presumed stuff must be hitting the plates somehow.
Pain in the ass alright, it tends to make you drive too slow!

tuc 430 here set by screen walker losses go mad , open top sieve 2 or 3 points all ok dont know why.

Probably or vibrations maybe, just weird coz the dominator was the same setup

A different subject, does yours run adblue?
Ours has given no end of bother with it.

no adblue and dont want it! 2011.

We have adblue, biggest hassle is getting it in the tank, it’s filler is in the most awkward place!

If you bought it new it comes with an adaptor to use with cans if your on a pump with nozzle it should be an easy fit.
