Evening, will check tomorrow on stud pattern, but told they came of a TN ford series tractor,

If your 4000 is 6 stud as most were not much fits them except those on majors. I might be wrong but I don’t think so.

rears 18.4 - 26 centre hole 150 mm Pcd 205 mm, 8 stud bolt in centres at 515mm
fronts 41 x 14.00 20NHS 250mm centre hole, Pcd 285 mm 6 stud,
