Tx6* lateral float

What would cause the lateral float on a 60 series TX to tilt all to one side?.
I've cleaned the sensors on both side's of the header, the green light is on on the control panel and if you put your ear to the sensors on the header you can hear them humming but the header continually tilts fully to the right.
Any ideas?

That’s odd. Try wiggling those big chunky electrical connectors under the right hand (offside) side of the cab? We had a depth issue which turned out to be those…
It’s nothing wrong with the 4 way switch on the joystick is it? Ie is it possible to manually rock it both ways?

Yes, I can manually tilt the header on the joystick no problem, so that seems ok.
I'll bring some electrical cleaner with me today and try the plugs but they looked ok yesterday.

They used to do that when brand new, farm I worked for had one of the very first TX68’s drove us bloody made, 30 years ago now and cannot remember the cause unfortunately

Are the ram seals OK? I've a lateral tilt tx3.. and it kept tipping right this season. All manual of course working off ground pressure with an electric rocker in the cab. Assume the seals gone in the ram or a valve not opening/closing somewhere. It's a winter challenge.
Let's know what you find.

Couple of other things to try or look at, do a calibration sequence for the lateral float, it's done through the info monitor, and possibly looked the hydraulic couplers next to the face plate next to the elevator casing

Are they the ultra sonic ones? originally they were fitted at the divider, but a rework after two seasons moved them to the rear of the header working off a floating skid plate. you should be able to put your foot under the right sensor and tilt it fully left.

Sprayed a bit of contact cleaner round the plugs this morning and had a few shifts to do so had header on and off all day and it behaved reasonably well.
I'll get a read at the manual and see how to calibrate as I'm sure it'll do no harm.
Yes the sensors are on the back of the header and reading off the skids.
Thanks for all the suggestions.

We had one of ours playing up similarly a few years back. Sensor wasn’t reliably seeing the skid. Stuck some fairly shiny duck tape on the skid and was perfect afterwards.

Put your finger up into the sensor and wipe around, I’ve had cobwebs go across overnight and header went all over the place, quick wipe every time I lifted the skid or every morning and it was fine
