TX63 Self leveling sieve help

The self leveling warning light is on most of the time and the sieves are not moving from tilt and error code 205 is showing. Can i disconect the motor from its main supply and use a slave battery to move the sieves to level(as long as the motor is good) and then continue combining with the motor disconnected or will I damage the self leveling electrics. I will be combining fairly level from now on. Has anyone done this and did it work.
TIA

When they get to a certain age, simplest thing to do is to take actuator off and bolt in a steel bar.
I did replace the relays in the leveling box circuit board and never had no more bother, thought I had nout to loose. Just got relays from RS and a steady hand with soldering iron.

Try the simple first ie. yes run wires to the motor from a battery and see if it works connected either way. If it does on a 30 series the sensor is a tilt switch behind the front axle/gearbox sometimes it can stick and need a shock from a hammer to get it working again
