What profiles are they? 480 is usually a 70 profile and next up would be 540/65

Rims will be too narrow.

Can you list full size details and rim widths.

It won't be supported by literature but unless you are on very narrow rims for current tyre size it will be OK unless maxing weights out for long periods. Rolling radius would be the bigger issue, you need to make sure the ratio is right.

Not sure of rim width.
They're original.

Is a 380 a 14.9? If so yes thatl work. We did it. The rims were a tad narrow but it worked ok

Diameters are right for 480 65 28, 600 65 38. Reccomended 15" and 18" rims for those sizes. You are most likely on 12" and 16" rims as standard.

Did the same swap on a 3050, tyre fitters weren't keen but it was absolutely fine.
