Is it possible to add land use to undeclared land or is it a trip to a drop in centre to sort it out. Also I have somebody else's fields on my land summary they are easily deleted though.

Yes just click edit button on left hand side.
Do you know the whose fields? It will be better for them if you get their CRN and transfer them back. Let them know as they maybe doing a Part C continuation to claim.
