Undersown OSR

I undersowed this with white clover as Frederic Thomas suggested. Will be interesting to see if it grows!! As you can see the companion crop of vetch is just dying off.

When and how did you undersow Andy?
We've been very pleased with our companion vetches etc, they seem to have evened up the rape well and confused the pigeons. Whether they'll pay for themselves remains to be seen

Be interesting to see how it works, great for keeping the mycorrhizae going.
I would like to do the same, but had to spray the vetch out with galera, which I think will stop the clover establishing. Have you sprayed your vetch to kill it?

Yes sprayed vetch a couple of weeks ago. We will see whether that will affect the clover. Only done a strip so nothing ventured. I spread the clover from the slug pelleter while spraying.
