Hello, used it at T2 yesterday, clean water through it when done. Just went to give another rinse before I move onto beet and the diaphragms gone. 🤦‍♂️

Should add I put 120L of product through sprayer. Used it last year no issues. To be fair haven't done the diaphragms in a few years now so prob was due..

In any other industry, the product supplier would be hauled over the coals for this kind of thing. This is half the trouble with farming. We all just seem to accept that it’s a problem, but not stand up to the people causing the problem.

all know that @Corteva Updates is reading this.

So, how can you justify causing many £1,000’s of damage to our equipment, and offer peanuts in compensation, and still promote a product that you didn’t do due diligence on?

If Corteva won’t respond, I think it’s time to get the FW involved in their news section.

Has anyone that has had problems contacted the NFU about this? If so, what is their position on it? What support have they offered?

£200 doesn’t go far even on parts, never mind down time!

Touch wood my sprayer went away fine this evening after putting 100L of Univoq through it today followed the 200L water recommendation and boom flushing between tanks. It will still be a nervous couple of weeks wondering if there will be any delayed side-effects!

135L of Univoq through the sprayer today, and only 6 or 7 Duo React nozzle bodies sticking open. Double rinsed, and left brim full of water until it gets stripped down in the morning.

I've had a reply from corteva and sent over the details. Lad who looks after sprayer reeled off a list of others who've had issues. Just hoping it's only the pump seals. Wonder if insurance may cover 🤔

Farmers Weekly?

They'd be useless. I can't even get them to run a talking point on the red tractor corruption

Well I know the spares are a bit pricey, but I do wonder if their diaphragms are better, 'cos I had no problems last year....
Would be interested to know whether all makes of machines are affected or not.

Would be interesting to know if insurance will cover anything this year.

You poured a product known to damage sprayers into your sprayer, then ask them to cover the repair bill. 🤔

Decided to use itas no issues last year, it's cheaper than alternatives (used ascra at T1), good on Septoria. I doubt I'll use again, hopefully will have Syngenta's Adepidyn next year. After rebuilding pump it looked like it was due anyhow, univoq was the hammer blow.

Duo react are problematic with water at the best of times. I have had problems with cheap teb in the past similar to last year issues. I change the blunger and reseal the plunger housing

All done again with no issues. 400l of Aquino. Last 2 tank loads I did at 100l/ha to see what happened. Wish I had done it all at 100l now and saved a lot of time
