Should add I put 120L of product through sprayer. Used it last year no issues. To be fair haven't done the diaphragms in a few years now so prob was due..Hello, used it at T2 yesterday, clean water through it when done. Just went to give another rinse before I move onto beet and the diaphragms gone.
I needed some 3 inch and 6 inch ones the other dayYour knowledge of what a nail parlour smells like is rather disturbing!

In any other industry, the product supplier would be hauled over the coals for this kind of thing. This is half the trouble with farming. We all just seem to accept that it’s a problem, but not stand up to the people causing the problem.
all know that @Corteva Updates is reading this.
So, how can you justify causing many £1,000’s of damage to our equipment, and offer peanuts in compensation, and still promote a product that you didn’t do due diligence on?
If Corteva won’t respond, I think it’s time to get the FW involved in their news section.
Your sprayers Hardy though!Disappointed not to be in the 100 litre club.
Managed 70 here yesterday, to complete in one session. Then full washout. 220l/ha no sign of problem yet.
I've had a reply from corteva and sent over the details. Lad who looks after sprayer reeled off a list of others who've had issues. Just hoping it's only the pump seals. Wonder if insurance may cover
If there is a chance of having problems why use it. The last thing I need when spraying is having to stop to do repairsI've had a reply from corteva and sent over the details. Same hereI'm not using it , sooner spend a bit more a have a sprayer at the end
Duo react are problematic with water at the best of times. I have had problems with cheap teb in the past similar to last year issues. I change the blunger and reseal the plunger housing135L of Univoq through the sprayer today, and only 6 or 7 Duo React nozzle bodies sticking open. Double rinsed, and left brim full of water until it gets stripped down in the morning.
