Anyone used univoq this season and had any sprayer issues ?, might be coincidence but not had any sprayer issues for months, used univoq last week by the 2nd tank full had changed 3 diaphragms and 1 blocked nozzle, spraying @200L/ha as recommended and machine washed out at end of day, next day on different mix had to change a complete anti drip valve

Used it yesterday , clean water through last night. One dripping nozzle today which is a diaphraghm gone but have had issues with diaghphrams in the last month..... none were changed last winter by previous operator on a Rogator 655. I'll report back if any issues crop up !

Using it this year, two years ago we jacked it in after 100 ha, last year we used it on all wheat but used a contractor who was happy to use it, the cost of the contractor was easily offset with the saving in chemical cost. I cannot ignore the savings and will use Univoq wall to wall this season.

Same here , why use a product that’s going to keep you back when we’ve only got going after months of shite weather. There’s plenty of other chemicals out there which do a better job imo
Ignoring the potential risks, what products do a better job pound for pound? I’ve used it for two if not three seasons now without a problem

Diadem does a good job for me at t2 , can’t comment on pound for pound as I don’t know prices. I’m not prepared to take a risk of blocked nozzles and damaged diaghframs even if cheaper

Cost and effectiveness means it will go on this year , we have seen issues after using it but we are changing odd diaphragms all the time anyway so will change all diaphragms after a couple of flushing tanks of something else , still cheap option

The stink of it, and the fact I had mum one and only complaint in 30 years coupled with the fact it destroyed the diaphragms, plus the Ramsay unit and the silicon seals in the bottom of the tank.
That's enough to stop me using it again.
If the new formulation is safe, yep I'll use it.
Until then, not a chance.

I've never seen diaphragms roll into a tube on removal before, but every anti drip one, and the Ramsay ones did.
