Unlimited within-network PAYG calls?

Does anyone know if any mobile networks still offer free calls to other same-network customers for PAYG users?

Looking for a SIM for a gate intercom so if not it'll have to end up being a standard PAYG and just put £10 a few times a year.....not sure a Pay Monthly sim only deal would be worth it if more than £5 a month or so.

Standard Vodafone call costs are 30p/min so it would take 15 x 1min calls each month to rack up that cost which may happen some months, but not every month I would suspect.

Back in the day, Orange (remember them) had a 'price promise' thing and they matched Virgin's 10p (?) per minute contract but with no monthly rental charge. Basically it was like PAYG but with a monthly bill.
I have one but ain't letting it go ? but if you could fine one maybe on Ebay (?) - look for Orange OVP Eq VM
Failing that, Three do a 321 PAYG sim which is 3ppm 2ppGB and 1p text (I think I have that the right way round!!) but it must be in a 3g device.

Thanks. Looks like Three might be the best option then - 3p/min is pretty reasonable I think compared to many. Just hope the network coverage is there.
