URGENT fresh turkey question

In cold garage be ok if definitely fresh and you know when killed.
Watch cats ,dogs, etc obviously.
Are giblets in it?
Take all out unless your want to cook separately.
+3 to + 5 in fridge be ok otherwise.

Get all poultry out of plastic bags it will half the shelf life while in plastic

Not fresh if gas bagged then??
Picked ours up on Saturday AM, got it home, debagged it from the plastic, giblets in the freezer, bird in the utility in a roasting tray covered with a damp tea towel. If I was worried (I`m not) I would chuck an icepack in the tray. Same as hanging game, and nobody cooks their bird straight out the fridge do they???

Too many are done months ago and gas bagged .
