As above, today I accidently left mine on pickup truck roof ,I found it on the side of the main road completely wrecked but I have retrieved the sim card from it. Any one ever bought a phone from "Quick Mobile Fix ,as I see the "so say have a refurbished Iphone SE.

If I buy an unlocked phone and take it to my local o2 shop ,do you know if they will be able to connect me up using my old phone number,as I certainly need to use old phone number as the next two weeks are the busiest of the year for me supplying logs for Christmas season. What a time to have my phone run over

I have the Iphone 5s which we replaced with the SE ,sim card fits ok but I think battery is knackered as been on charge since 6pm tonight but no life. Will it be worth me taking it to local phone unlock shop in Cirencester and getting "so say"!! new battery fitted ,and then go in to O2 shop and say can you reactivate this with my old 02 number. Know doubt they will say "Oh we cant do that but if you buy a new iphone you can have your old number!!!!"

If the SIM card isn’t damaged, you don’t need to go near any O2 shop - just stick the SIM in a new, working phone and away you go.
Carphone warehouse do unlocked new handsets, and plenty other places do too.
The number is held on the SIM, not the phone, so grab anything unlocked (borrow from the Mrs for 5 minutes?), test the SIM and then go from there.

Closest new iPhone to the SE currently stocked would be a 6s which is about £300 A "renewed" or used SE from Amazone or ebay is around £130

Why would he need new, or an iPhone?
Cheapest unlocked handset is probably about £20 - that will send and receive texts, make calls etc.
Get up and running, then get back on the Apple system when he has time to breathe.

- I dont think iPhones use the sim card for storing your contacts, unlike the Nokias (etc) of old.
Might be a good excuse to move up to something like a 7 or 7 plus, which will run a lot faster than an SE and is still still supported with free software upgrades, and it takes the same 'nano' sim card as the SE and every iPhone since the 5 (iirc?).

That’s the SE - it only comes in one (physical) size. That’s what the OP has/ had and wants again. Nothing about getting him out of trouble, but exactly fulfilling his request.
It’s also the phone I use, am using right now and is I’m my opinion the best iPhone ever made, when you balance function against form.
