Local gundog training group want to use a field for training purposes.

Should I draw up a licence as one would for letting it for grazing or would one not be required as no money is changing hands.

I already have a Risk Assesmment/Disclaimer.

TIA

I would have an agreement in place to protect both parties.

Consider a peppercorn rent too to remove any squatters rights!

This ^^^^.

A clause I had in my livery agreements was, "This agreement can be cancelled by either party at any time without notice and without a reason being given". I found it most useful when someone was being difficult. Never actually used it other than as a threat!
