Vac pump oil

Just wondering what everyone's using in vac pumps. Have always used gea vcl 22. I know oil prices have risen but it is one hell of a price got. Are there any cheaper alternatives that will do the same job? I know I can get cheap vac oil but am looking for something of similar spec /standard. I'm sure the gea stuff will just be labelled up from some other company. Cheers

Been deliberating this myself
Engineer said don't use mole Valley or Morris vac pump oil, as they are most common factors in pump issues
Yes he recommended gea oil, but he gains nothing from sales, and was giving honest advice to his experiences
