we have about 100 acres of autumn drilled wheat (solstice) that looks very poor, after digging up a few plants, its roots go down to about 3 1/2 inches, with very little showing on the surface, about 1 inch high, some tillered some not, do you think this can be a viable crop, albiet perhaps a light crop if managed well with imputs etc?
