Vibration under load at high revs

Just the last few days been noticing on the road at between 2300 and 2450 revs a vibration enough to shake the cab on my sprayer with a Iveco 8045se engine. Anyone care to hazard any further guesses as to cause? Wheels are clean etc. Hoping it's not an internal engine problem as I do look after it well. Maybe a fuel injector issue but don't see any difference in the exhaust?
