vicon baler net wrap problem help!!!!

rightly or wrongly I got this mf branded vicon 516v cica 2013( its the older type with only the bar across not the newer with the ram) at the end of last season just to do a few bales of straw and silage.

Things started badly it put the net wrap on but there seems to be too much tension it wont cover right across the bale and the whats left of the outside is ripped.
the dealer had a play adjusting the tension bolts on the feed rollers ( 3 bolts ) after playing with the springs etc and i did about 100 bales of straw I had a good look at them the next day and they still wernt brilliant i did a few bales of silage no better, end of the season
Had them back out yesterday fiddled all afternoon no better Im using novatex winner wrap 3600 but it seems it has too much tension. The baler had only done a bit of straw on string before i got it(person retired) any ideas (apart from a box of matches)Its seems to make very good bales upto the net cycle!!!!!!!!!
